After Supreme Federal Court recognition, LGBT people can serve openly in military in Brazil. People who are legally male at the age of 18 are obligated to serve, including trans men who have transitioned or trans women who haven't changed their legal gender yet. The latter can be dispensed once the change is made.

Right to change legal gender: Varies by Region from Dec 1, 2016 to now.
Individuals are able to change their gender in Ukraine, however, there is a a requirement that they must be over 25 years old. Ukrainians have said that this process is long and complicated. Ukraine also does not offer non-binary options on official documents. In Donetsk and other Russian occupied areas, gender change is de facto illegal

Same-sex marriage: Other type of partnership from Jul 1, 2006 to now.
The Czech Registered Partnerships have been condemned for not having equal rights to marriage like in some other countries with civil unions. Differences between marriage and registered partnership are: different procedural questions (the ceremony is not the same), no automatic name change, no community property of spouses is created, and no parental rights (no joint-adoption form institutions, no step-parent adoption) etc.

laws limiting the freedom of expression of the community has been enforced in a national level. The Law on Protecting Minors against Detrimental Effect of Public Information has been applied on different occasions since 2010 with the view of limiting positive LGBT-related information.

The EU Human Rights Commissioner has issued several complaints about several Polish local municipalities for anti-LGBT resolutions they have adopted. LGBT human rights defenders in Poland have become target with several attempts of intimidion and criminalisation of their activism by national and local governments, judicial authorities, and police.

Right to change legal gender: Illegal from 2022 to now.
Currently it is de facto not possible to change the legal gender. The law requires surgery and sterilization, which was ruled illegal under EU court. Due to a lack of standards and regulations as of November 18, 2022, healthcare facilities in Slovakia are refusing to treat transgender patients, forcing them to travel abroad for care.
