Reports (1)
- Status is not correct "Even though same-sex couples together are still not able to adopt children, however, singles-only adoption is still allowed. The only difference this law made was how the babies are distributed inside the country. Previously, if there was not couple who wanted to adopt a children in a given county, then it was offered to the next single person registered in that county. In this new process, children are fist offered to couples inside the same county, then to couples in the entire country and only after that to singles. So, even if in practicality the chance of same sex couple being able to adopt a children decreased, it is not illegal."
