-Order No. 449/MSLS/CAB (2015), issued by the Ministry of Health and AIDS, establishing the creation, powers, organization, and operation of the National AIDS Control Program, establishes in Section 10.7 that one of the functions of those responsible is to contribute to access to services regardless of sexual orientation.
