I'm oriented aroace from Kazakhstan and I'm against discrimination for any reason, so, in my opinion, people's rights should be equal regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan the people's right housing shall not be violable (Article 25 of the Constitution). And even though neither sexual orientation nor gender identity is included into the protected categories of people from discrimination explicitly, as neither of them is viewed as a mental illness in Kazakhstan, a non-cishet person may not be considered incompetent. And therefore, their rights to housing may not be discriminated against

According to the Constitution, any kind of discrimination is illegal. Even though neither sexuality nor gender identity is included explicitly, the official list of mental illnesses of the Republic of Kazakhstan does not include either of the sexualities nor gender identities. And therefore, since a person does not have any reason to be considered incompetent, they have the right to be employed (Article 24 of the Constitution). And therefore, discrimination in employment in Kazakhstan is completely protected

The ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022, said in an interview that no one is banned from serving in the military because of their sexual orientation. however Even though transgenders weren't included explicitly, they weren't banned from serving either

Age of consent is 17 regardless of gender or orientation. However, Texas has a "Romeo and Juliet law" allowing younger people of similar ages to consent, but the wording of this law excludes same-sex partners, but this still technically doesn’t make aoc ‘unequal’.

Numerous schools and libraries in Texas have been instructed to terminate or remove books with topics that, "make students feel uneasy". The topics under fire include (but are not limited to) lgbtq characters, same-sex relationships and gender discussion. Teachers that ignore this law could be fired.

Additionally, Beijing provides dependent residency status to foreign same-sex couples since the 1st of July 2013.
