2. There is no distinction between individuals or persons of any characterisation under Russian law.
3. While discrimination may exist in isolated cases, it is of the utmost importance to acknowledge such discrimination exists in countries which might explicitly ban such, it is incredibility unfortunate, but in relation to housing discrimination, GLBT persons or not, housing is a guaranteed right in Russia, as is the fundamental equality of all peoples. "
