STOP CHANCHING THAT. Chechnya is part of Russia, and all the laws apply to it as well, and we are considering just the laws, so it turns out that according to the law, homosexuality is legalized in the Chechen Republic. If this does not suit you, I suggest creating a separate page about Chechnya.
