| Description | On March 13th, the Wyoming Department of Health's new rule went into effect banning legal gender change amendments on birth certificates. On April 2nd as confirmed by Transitics, the Wyoming Department of Transportation changed policy to only allow amended birth certificates for proof of legal gender change which the state no longer issues therefore banning changes to state IDs as well. |
