  • Status is not correct "The law has not yet officially taken effect and is still under construction. In 2022, the new law was submitted to the Assembly and is still under consideration. Most recently, in 5/2023, the National Assembly has officially introduced the issue of gender reassignment into the law-making program and is expected to be officially enacted in the next few years."
