  • Status is not correct "Law 20.744 (Work Contract Law) establishes on article 73 that employers cannot survey its employees sexual preferences. Article 245 bis stipulates that firing someone on the basis of gender or sexual orientation is an aggravated offense, and a bigger indemnization is due.
