NoteAccording to ILGA: In 2017, the municipalities of Pedreira (Law No. 3,670) (2017) and Várzea Paulista (Law No. 2,336) (2017) banned contents on "sexual orientation", "gender ideology" and "any practice capable of compromising or directing the natural development of [children's] personality, in harmony with their respective biological gender identity" in education.
