Reports (1)
  • Status is not correct "It’s not a new law, it’s a Supreme Court ruling that extended the legal protections conferred to racism to crimes of homophobia. The court understood that the legislative branch was running late on its constitutional obligation to legislate on homophobia and, meanwhile, extended to it the legal protections reserved to racism. So far, the ruling has not been overturned nor has the legislative approved any laws on the matter, so the ruling is still in full force."
