Ardhis is an association that proposes to recognize the rights of residence and asylum of foreign homosexual and trans people, whether these are based on the existence of a life as a couple with French citizens or with foreigners permanently resident in France, or on the protection requested because of the persecution that these people have suffered or risk suffering in their country because of their sexual orientation or gender.
