- All information is correct, just adding sources "While it is legal, the correct term to be added should be decrimininalized. As the act would now not be prosecuted by the legal system for consenting adults to engage in anal sex ('buggery'), which related to homosexuality.
This is a step in the right direction, although true legality would be indicative of having equal rights, with protective laws against discrimination.
I would suggest looking into local news sources on the matter and not a foreign interpretation; though some local reports may have a negative bias tone in the articles.

- Newer law has been passed "The High Court repealed a saved law on "buggery" which is sexual inteecourse via the anal cavity, which was a technical decriminalisation of homosexual sexual intercourse. However, the Attorney General is currently pursuing an appeal to the ruling at the Privy Council, with the intent of re-criminalizing the act.
