  • Date is incorrect "There is only one anti-discrimination bill mentioning discrimination on the basis of GI, and that is the students rights act (2017). There have been ruling in minor courts interpreting the law to include a prohibition on the basis of GI, but not in the supreme court, and it is not a very secure legal status. In practice discrimination is pretty rampant.
