edited by Markissik. I have checked listed sources. The first one states that «"sex" is not to be interpreted as including sexual orientation», which means that the description is wrong because contains the opposite information. The second source is broken and therefore is invalid. Also according to the ILGA's report there are no protections in employment. That's why I'm updating sources and fixing the status.
