- Status is not correct "Blood donations by MSMs are not allowed in Morocco under the penal code (Article 489). The only way a blood donation could be made by a homosexual in Morocco is by lying about their sexual orientation and if they've had sexual contact with a person of the same sex. A homosexual that tells the truth would not be eligible to donate blood and on top of that could face possible legal trouble."
