Date is incorrect "Gender can be changed on Drivers License pending surgery, however gender is not allowed to be changed on a birth certificate. The Oklahoma State Department of Health currently disallows the changing of gender on birth certifcates. Their is no specific method upon which to acquire a court order for gender change either."
