DescriptionIn Luxembourg, there are no restrictions toward trans people acess to the bathroom but rather there is protections for them as national legislation outlaws discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and a "change of sex" across public services, healthcare, and the provision of goods and services. Denying someone access to a restroom matching their gender identity violates these public accommodations protections, in fact the Ministry of Education rolled out a nationwide plan to integrate unisex toilets and gender-neutral facilities across public school infrastructure to completely eliminate stigmatization.
