DescriptionOntario's Human Rights Code prohibits discrimination and harassment because of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression in housing, contracts, employment, goods, services, facilities, and membership in unions or professional associations. The Code is enforced by the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
