| Description | Article 58(3) of the Penal Code (2000) establishes that the following are more punishable circumstances: "when the execution of the punishable conduct is inspired by motives of intolerance and discrimination related to the victim's race, ethnicity, ideology, religion, or beliefs, sex or sexual orientation, or any illness."
