| Description | Article 129, paragraph 11, of the Penal Code establishes that aggravated homicide is considered "When motivated by racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientation hatred." Special aggravating circumstances are considered (Article 155(5) of the crimes of coercion (Article 153) and threats (Article 54) "if the threats are motivated by racial, ethnic, religious, political hatred, hatred of gender identity and expression or sexual orientation." |
