| Description | Article 50 - Aggravating circumstances The following circumstances aggravate the punishment: when the offense was committed motivated by motives related to gender, race, color, ethnicity, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, health condition, genetic predispositions or disability; Article 84/a - Threats with motives of racism and xenophobia through the computer system A serious threat to kill or seriously injure a person, made through computer systems, because of ethnicity, nationality, race or religion, is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to three years. Article 132 - Destruction or damage to objects of worship Deliberate destruction or damage to objects of worship, when it has caused the complete or partial loss of their values, is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to three years. |
