DescriptionIn Sierra Leone, although there is no restrictions on trans people acess to the bathroom but no protections for them either as in practice trans people are frequently arrested and detained for arbitrary reasons, those loosely defined public order charges are include "public indecency," "vagrancy," dressing in attire associated with a different gender, or "disturbing the peace" simply for existing in public spaces.
