| Description | Senate Bill 8 was passed on Dec. 1, 2025 and went into effect on the 4th. This bill was aimed to force transgender people to use multiple-stalled bathrooms, showers and changing rooms corresponding to their sex assigned at birth in facilities owned and operated by political subdivisions and state agencies.
