DescriptionIn Belgium, on November 29 2013 the Federal Government approved an expansion of the anti-discrimination law to include gender identity and gender expression alongside sexual orientation. It was approved by the Federal Parliament and received royal assent on 22 May 2014 making both sexual orientation and gender identity protected.
