  • Newer law has been passed "March 3, 2026: The Legislative Assembly of Alagoas (ALE) promulgates Law No. 9,806/2026, authored by Deputy Cabo Bebeto (PL). The law prohibits the participation of children and adolescents in the parades of the LGBTQIAPN+ Pride Parade in the state, except with express judicial authorization [1, 2]. March 4, 2026: The law comes into force with the publication in the Official Gazette.
