Source used says that puberty blockers and feminising/masculinising HRT are available but only with consent of both parents.
Source used says that mastectomy is performed after the use of HRT, which can be unavailable due to unaccepting parents, and it too requires the consent of both parents.
Source used says that sex reassignment surgeries in the pelvic area are banned for minors until they reach the age of 18.
Hence I ask to change the status from "Legal" to "Legal, but restricted for minors""
