  • Newer law has been passed "As of January 11th, 2023, Indiana has ruled that there can be an “X” gender marker on an individual’s driver’s license following multiple cases by Indiana Legal Services where the court mandated on December 29th, 2022 that the BMV must reinstate the non-binary gender marker.
