DescriptionIn ancient China, homosexuality was widely accepted and viewed as normal. During the Liu Song Dynasty, there were writings which indicated that homosexuality and heterosexuality were equally as common. Some Emperor's, for example the Zhengde Emperor and the Tianqi Emperor had relationships with men and women, and Emperor Ai may have been homosexual.
