And changing the status to "death penalty as punishment" because homosexual activity is only not punishible by death in very restricted circumstances. Only first time offenders who do not have HIV would be imprisoned, the rest could be killed. I think this is extreme enough for us to say that the punishment is death, rather than the ambigous "other penalty" the satus is currently set as. By saying "other penalty" it implies that the penalty is neither death or imprisonment.
