- Other "The banning of discussions is not legal in MA (couldn't correct there). People are allowed to discuss LGBT and cannot be discriminated against or face retribution for doing so.
Also, nonbinary is an option for licenses/Commonwealth purposes (to add to being able to change gender legally)."
