  • Status is not correct
  • Status is not correct "I am a Chinese citizen and there is no laws regarding banning of conversion therapy. Yes the court might say it's not allowed but the court decision doesn't set a precedent to future law suits as China is not a common law country. Also the enforcement of banning of conversion therapy is not enforced rarely, if not at all. There are still gay and transgender Chinese citizens sent to conversion therapy often by their parents or family members, but this is rarely reported and even if it is reported, the internet censorship will most likely censor it out.
